Job Description
Responsibilities Safety Leadership
- Ensure all maintenance work is executed safely with strong compliance to Permit to Work, LOTO, and company safety procedures
- Review and approve high-risk work activities, ensuring risks are identified, understood, and controlled
- Drive a strong safety culture through visible leadership, interventions, and reinforcement of safe behaviors
- Lead incident reviews, lessons learned sharing, and closure of corrective actions
- Ensure good housekeeping, spill prevention, and proper waste management across maintenance activities
- Lead execution of planned maintenance activities with Operations, minimizing unplanned/break-in work
- Ensure high-quality, right-first-time maintenance through proper job planning, procedures, and competent workforce
