Team Lead, Asset Integrity

Tourmaline Oil Corp. is Canada's largest natural gas producer, and a leading crude oil and natural gas exploration and production company focused on long-term growth through active exploration, development, and strategic acquisitions across the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.

We are currently looking for a Team Lead, Asset Integrity to join our team. Reporting to the Manager, Asset and Reliability the team lead will be responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders, external regulators, vendors, and technical partners to maintain a consistent and effective integrity program that aligns with corporate objectives, industry standards, and jurisdictional requirements.

This role can be based out of the Calgary office or field office dependent on candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Asset Integrity team, ensuring appropriate staffing, performance management, technical competency, and alignment with business objectives.
