Team & Competitive Development Manager

Serve as the core communication bridge between the league and participating teams. You will be responsible for team relationship management, contractual benefit implementation, feedback collection and crisis communication, to build a stable, long-term and sustainable cooperative ecosystem with all teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily Liaison & Relationship Management with Teams： Communicate with team captains, coaches and other core staff to establish long-term communication channels. Follow up on team demands throughout the entire tournament cycle, coordinate internal resources to resolve issues, and maintain stable partnerships between the league and participating teams.
