In this role, you will be the heart of the department, providing essential support to seven General Managers. You will play a vital role in ensuring our leadership team feels supported and organised, allowing them to focus on the people they lead.

Thoughtful Diary Management: Acting as a supportive gatekeeper for 7 GM calendars; intuitively anticipating clashes and rescheduling with care to ensure a balanced day for our leaders.
Financial Care: Managing AMEX reconciliations and expense processing with a high degree of conscientiousness.
