# About You
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **Essential criteria** 1. Degree in Pharmacy with UK GPhC registration.
2. Knowledge in the principles of teaching, learning, and assessment in a healthcare or academic setting.
3. Excellent knowledge, practical and clinical reasoning skills in the area of clinical pharmacy.
4. Experience in the organisation, design, and delivery of Pharmacy teaching and assessment via experiential learning at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
5. Excellent time management and organisation skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team, under pressure and meet deadlines.
6. Excellent communication skills – written and spoken.
7. Ability to engage collaboratively with a range of stakeholders (e.g. students, employers, professional and regulatory bodies).
