# About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates to have the following skills and experience: **​Essential criteria ** 1. MEng qualified in Engineering or a closely related discipline 2. ​Ability to deliver and assess technical and practical teaching in areas such as electrical and electronic engineering 3. ​Experience and knowledge of project-based learning and group supervision in engineering or computing disciplines 4. ​Ability to design and deliver engaging, inclusive teaching at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level 5. ​Experience in marking of coursework and/or examinations at levels 4-7 and providing high quality feedback to students 6. ​Interest in pedagogic innovation, curriculum development and enhancement of student experience through research-informed best practice in engineering education 7. ​Commitment to an inclusive learning and working environment working with a range of students and role-holders **Desirable criteria ** 1. **​**Eligibility ...
