Trainee Agronomist

Purpose of the Position (Job Summary)
To contribute to the achievement of Sales Targets as set through effective sales techniques; promotional campaigns and Customer Interaction to create, maintain and develop awareness about the product line. 
Key Individual Accountabilities
Demand Generation/Sales Promotion
Develop demand generation field activity plan in consultation with MDOs
Participate in all field campaigns as per norms
.Channel Management
Ensure adequacy of channel, recommend appointment of wholesalers & dealers
Visit distributor/retailers at the defined frequency
