Taxi Dispatcher / Controller- (Airport Transfer Dispatch-London)

UK-based company is looking for an experienced Taxi Dispatcher / Controller to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing airport transfers in London, excellent communication skills, and hands‑on experience using INSOFTDEV dispatch software.

Note: Experience with local taxi companies will not be considered. Only candidates with airport transfer dispatch experience will be preferred.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years' experience as a Taxi Dispatcher / Controller, with a strong focus on Airport transfers in London.
• Excellent knowledge of London postcodes, airports, and surrounding areas.
• A minimum of 1 year's hands‑on experience using INSOFTDEV software is mandatory.
• Strong spoken and written English.
