Tax Staff Accountant – NYC - Fully Remote

This is a remote position. About The Reed Corporation The Reed Corporation is a fully remote CPA firm based in New York City. We prepare individual and business tax returns, handle bookkeeping and sales tax, and advise high-net-worth individuals and small business owners. You will learn here. We expect senior staff to actually teach you, and we put preparers on real returns from start to finish with structured review from day one. About the role This is a preparer-level seat on the tax team. You will prepare 1040s, 1065s, and 1120-S returns under senior review. You will work in CCH ProSystem Fx Tax, QuickBooks, and our internal practice management system, on EST hours. You will also be involved in bookkeeping preparation and review, direct client communications, and other tax and compliance matters as needed.
