Ledcor is looking for a sharp and driven Tax Manager to join our Finance team and play a central role in shaping the tax compliance and reporting framework for the Ledcor Group.
Reporting to the Tax Director, you will lead the preparation and coordination of Ledcor’s Canadian income tax compliance and reporting obligations, bringing technical depth, sound judgment, and a continuous‑improvement mindset to everything you do. As a subject‑matter specialist in Canadian income taxation of private companies, you will provide authoritative guidance grounded in rigorous research, analysis, and interpretation of tax legislation.
This is a role for someone who thrives on complexity, takes ownership, and brings clarity to challenging problems — whether managing enquiries from federal and provincial tax authorities, identifying process improvements, or contributing to strategic tax initiatives across the organization.
