Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join our team on a long-term contract in Mississauga, Ontario. In this role, you will oversee Canadian tax compliance and reporting, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations. This position offers the opportunity to work onsite three days a week, contributing to key financial processes and supporting both domestic and international tax matters.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze tax provisions, returns, and reconciliations, including T106, T1135, and NR4 forms.
• Review withholding taxes, true-ups, and note disclosures to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to research and development claims, transfer pricing documentation, and financial audits.
