Job Description
We are partnering with a leading manufacturing group to appoint a strategic and commercially focused Tax Director to drive tax optimisation initiatives across the business.
This is a high-impact role suited for an experienced tax professional with a strong advisory background, particularly in transfer pricing and tax structuring, rather than compliance-focused work.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and execution of tax strategies to optimise the group’s effective tax rate (ETR).
- Provide expert advisory on transfer pricing policies, tax structuring, and cross-border transactions.
- Partner with senior leadership and business units to align tax strategies with commercial objectives.
- Drive tax governance initiatives, with familiarity in frameworks such as the Global Tax Policy (GTP).
- Manage tax risk proactively while ensuring alignment with evolving regulatory environments.
