Tax & Accounting Assistant Manager - Consulting

Job Description

- Supervise and review bookkeeping, monthly closing, and financial statement preparation for multiple clients
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation, payment, and filing of monthly tax returns (PPh 21, 23, 25, 26, Final Tax, and VAT)
- Review accounting records, tax calculations, reconciliations, and supporting documents to ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Lead, coach, and develop junior accounting and tax staff while monitoring work quality and deadlines
- Coordinate with clients regarding accounting, taxation, and required supporting documents
- Monitor project timelines and ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
- Identify accounting and tax risks, recommend corrective actions, and maintain high-quality service standards
