Targeting Trainer

Radiance Technologies is seeking a targeting trainer to support training United States Space Force Guardians and/or US Army Soldiers in Colorado Springs, CO. The trainer will coach, mentor, and evaluate students on all aspects of the Joint Targeting Cycle and Joint Targeting Principles in accordance with the applicable Joint Publications. This position requires a talented individual with prior Joint Targeting experience, the ability to teach and communicate with students effectively, and the understanding to create and maintain a self-sustained course. The targeting trainer must be willing to travel globally to support mobile training teams, as needed.

Responsible for the following tasks

• Provide targeting subject matter expertise on all manners of Joint Targeting through target development and target execution.
