Job Description Summary

One-year TareeGE Trainee Operations Program is an onsite-based role that focuses on operational aspects in a manufacturing facility with the possibility of extension up to two years. The Operations trainee will support and progressively take ownership of inspection and repair operations within the Gas Turbine (GT) cell at the Jebel Ali Service Centre (JASC). The role is designed to provide hands‑on exposure to shop operations while developing strong foundations in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture (SQDCC).

What You'll Do

• Participate in and support Kaizen events within the GT cell, contributing ideas and actions to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist in the implementation and sustainment of lean lines, applying Lean tools such as 5S, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Standard Work, and Daily Management Systems (DMS) under guidance.
