Role Title: Internal Assessment Coach Based: Remote/Field-based Reports to: Learning & Development Manager Role Purpose: As an Internal Assessment Coach, you will play a pivotal role in the t2 Academy and wider Learning & Development Team. Responsible for supporting colleagues through the successful achievement of the Level 3 Award in Assessing Competence in the Work Environment (ACWE) and the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET), you will provide high-quality assessment, coaching and developmental support to internal learners, ensuring they develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to become competent and confident assessors and trainers. You will also play a key role in maintaining assessment quality across the organisation through the countersigning of assessment decisions made by unqualified assessors.
