Talent Sourcing Partner

**Job Description**
Function as a sourcing subject matter expert, build sourcing toolkits, train, and run sourcing campaigns across the organization. Develop innovative methods to source, evaluate, and build candidate pipelines. Cultivate and foster relationships with talent acquisition partner and large-scale networks to deliver upon both immediate and short-term needs and strategic long-term projects. May manage open positions and provide full-cycle recruiting.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities:**

+ Develop and implement strategies to source qualified, diverse candidates to meet requirements for positions from external and referral candidate pools
+ Assist the talent acquisition team to deliver high-quality, timely, and cost-effective recruitment services
+ Utilize social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to drive networking, candidate pool development, and brand recognition
