This is a great opportunity to join the Executive Recruiting Team backed by a well-established Global Talent Acquisition function. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a passion to identify and connect with top talent to fill senior leader and C-suite roles at Honeywell Technologies. You will work in a fast paced, performance-driven environment with a focus on delivering high touch experiences to internal and external contacts.

This role will support key searches across all of Honeywell’s Business Groups, working closely with our Executive Recruiters to deliver “white glove” service to customers including senior Business and Corporate Function Leaders. The Talent Sourcer & Researcher will be based out of our **Charlotte, NC** or **Atlanta, GA** office on a **hybrid** schedule and report to the **Executive Recruiting Operations Leader.**
