Combuzz HR Solutions is seeking a proactive Junior Recruiter for Marine & Offshore Oil & Gas recruitment in Dubai. You will source, screen, and coordinate the recruitment of technical and marine professionals for offshore and vessel-based operations.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience, hands-on sourcing across portals and networks, and strong knowledge of the GCC and international markets. You will work with the Talent Acquisition team to build pipelines and manage ATS records.
