Talent Partner - In-house Recruiter (High-Growth E-commerce Group- Barcelona based) (Madrid)

ennovationHUB AI is a fast-growing international ecommerce group building furniture brands across the UK, US, EU and APAC. We are currently around 60 people and expect to scale to ~100 colleagues over the next 18 months.

Your role

This role is approximately 70% recruitment and 30% hiring operations / improvements — idneo for someone who enjoys both hiring and building better structure around it.

Recruitment (70%)

• Own end-to-end hiring processes across multiple departments and business functions.
• Source, screen and shortlist candidates quickly and professionally.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for key roles and future hiring needs.
• Keep momentum high throughout the process and ensure hiring decisions move fast.
