Talent & Organisational Development Lead

The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) in Wellington, NZ, seeks a Manager, Talent and Organisational Development to lead strategic people, culture and leadership initiatives. You’ll advise the Executive Leadership Team and work with ELT/SMT to shape organisational design and capability.

Role includes driving change, aligning priorities, and ensuring resourcing to achieve key outcomes. The role may respond to emergency activations, with a focus on health, safety and wellbeing of staff.
