Purpose of the Job

  • The Talent & OD Manager is accountable for the end-to-end design, implementation, and evaluation of talent development and organizational development programs. Reporting to the Talent & OD Lead, this role drives leadership development, talent reviews, succession planning, learning initiatives, and organizational effectiveness interventions to build a strong talent pipeline and support long-term business growth.

    Succession Planning & Talent Pipeline Management

  • Lead talent review and succession planning processes for critical and leadership positions.
  • Identify, assess, and develop high-potential talent to build a strong leadership pipeline.
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to evaluate succession readiness, talent risks, and development priorities.
