Purpose of the Job
The Talent & OD Manager is accountable for the end-to-end design, implementation, and evaluation of talent development and organizational development programs. Reporting to the Talent & OD Lead, this role drives leadership development, talent reviews, succession planning, learning initiatives, and organizational effectiveness interventions to build a strong talent pipeline and support long-term business growth.Typical Accountabilities
