Responsibilities

• Lead the Talent Strategy : Directly manage and develop the Talent team, fostering high performance and collaboration, and drive the strategy for Iberia aligned with local priorities and Group HR guidelines.
• Attract & Connect : Lead Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding, build and manage strategic talent pipelines (e.g., Graduate Programme), lead initiatives such as Top Employer, and develop partnerships with universities, training centres and business schools.
