Job Description

Talent Engagement Specialist
Drive talent sourcing and pipeline building for Hilti, identifying and engaging top external talent through strategic search, networking, and relationship building. Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners, you'll play a key role in delivering Hilti's Lead 2030 hiring strategy by attracting diverse talent across Global IT, Marketing, Finance, HR, Logistics, Legal, and After-Market Services.
What You'll do
Work with your Talent Acquisition Business Partner to take a detailed brief on a role, asking the right questions to understand hiring manager requirements and translate this into a sourcing strategy
Proactively identify high caliber diverse external talent via direct sourcing, market mapping and advanced research, including complex internet search, database mining and monitoring, social media search and contacts, internal/external networking, white papers, publications, ...
