Talent Development Officer

Are you passionate about developing people and building a culture of continuous learning? We are looking for a Talent Development Officer to support and drive the Bank’s learning, leadership development, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.

In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders to identify capability gaps, design and facilitate learning programs, and implement development solutions that support organizational goals. You will play a key role in managing the end-to-end training cycle—from needs analysis and program design to facilitation, evaluation, and training administration.
