Talent Development & HR Operations Specialist (Guadalajara)

As Talent Development and HR Operations Specialist you will contribute to the Capgemini Engineering Human Resources activities, from our site in Guadalajara and with the management, tracking and improvement of the Talent Development processes, such as:

• Implement onboarding sessions for new joiners.
• Responsible onboarding journey process.
• Responsible management welcome kits & badges creation.

• Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
• Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Identify key skills and competencies required for success in various roles.
• Work with our teams to develop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of employees.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
