As the Talent and Development Business Partner, your primary role will be to support the production team at Wonderbrands. Leveraging three years of related experience, you will coordinate recruitment and training initiatives while managing employee relations for agency associates. A strong understanding of HR policies will be crucial in fulfilling this responsibility.
