- Engage and partner with HR, Operations and Training/Development to enhance and execute company culture initiatives.
- Develop relationships with universities to coordinate on-site interviews and attend career fairs.
- Develop strategic partnerships with universities and nonprofits for recruitment programs.
- Support the compilation of talent data to create short and long‑term talent strategy across the organization.
