Talent Acquisition Systems & Process Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a systems and process-focused TA professional to support our Talent Acquisition team, with Workday Recruiting as the core platform, supported by a broader ecosystem of TA tools. This role plays a key part in ensuring systems and processes are used accurately, consistently, and efficiently, while driving improvements in how recruitment is executed across the organisation. It is well suited for someone who enjoys working with systems, improving processes, and bringing structure and discipline into day‑to‑day operations.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary point of contact for Workday Recruiting queries and issues
• Troubleshoot system problems and coordinate with HRIS and internal teams
• Track and manage system issues, enhancements, and testing activities (UAT)
