Talent Acquisition Specialist - Talent Acquisition Center - Singapore (Third Party Associate)

The TAC-Global (Talent Acquisition Center-Global) team focuses on building high-performance teams across ByteDance's global business units, shaping the future of talent acquisition and organizational growth.

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels.
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency.
• Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate ByteDance as a great place to work for all candidates.
• Comfortable supporting multiple regions such as APAC and AMS.
