About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team. This role is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent aligned with the company’s values and business needs.

The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for multiple positions across the organization.

Create and publish job postings across recruitment platforms.

Source and attract candidates through different channels.
