Responsibilities

• Post job adverts and manage applications via the internal ATS.
• Organise and coordinate interview schedules, liaise with hiring managers, and keep them updated on recruitment progress.
• Participate in interviews and meetings to assess candidates.
• Maintain the candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Prepare monthly recruitment activity reports.
• Attend recruitment fairs, symposiums, and other events.
• Assist with candidate sourcing and general recruitment administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar recruitment/talent acquisition role.
