Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fixed Term Contract)

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment Lead

   Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment coordination, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Manage hiring across technical, operational, and corporate functions, with a strong focus on aviation-related roles. Conduct timely intake discussions and provide market insights.

2. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management

   Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and niche roles. Leverage sourcing channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, Workday, HiredScore, referrals, and networking platforms. Proactively identify passive candidates and maintain engagement.

3. Stakeholder Management

   Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR colleagues to understand workforce needs and recruitment priorities. Provide regular updates, insights, and recommendations on hiring progress. Advise on compensation benchmarks, market availabili...
