Responsibilities

• Manage entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, using various channels such as social media, different job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Conduct initial screenings, schedule and coordinate interviews, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback
• Develop and promote a compelling employer brand through company events and career fairs
• Collaborate with the HR Manager to implement best practices for attracting and retaining talent, including employee engagement initiatives
