Role Overview
We are looking for a talented individual to lead recruiting processes in Spain, to build what’s next for Otis. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition Iberia, Africa & Middle East. It is a temporary position (6 months minimum). It is a key, visible role that is critical to the success of the organization.
Typical Day
- Recruit new and diverse colleagues for Otis Spain.
- Develop and update compelling job descriptions.
- Prepare recruitment material and advertise open positions on relevant job boards.
- Search and recruit candidates using appropriate databases, social networks, etc.
- Screen candidate CV’s and job applications.
- Conduct interviews using various methods of reliable recruitment and selection tools to filter candidates within the timeframe provided....
