Key Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to define requirements and craft effective, inclusive search strategies.
• Lead end-to-end hiring for senior roles up to Director level, from sourcing to offer.
• Build and engage diverse talent pools across LATAM and NAM, activating passive pipelines.
• Source niche and specialized profiles using market intelligence, referrals, and targeted outreach.
• Project manage regional hiring programs, where you will lead design and manage execution.
• Drive regional employer branding with recruitment marketing to elevate awareness and applications.

Requirements

• Experience of full-cycle recruiting, including senior searches in LATAM and NAM.
• Trusted advisor to senior stakeholders; skilled at challenging and aligning on priorities.
• Expertise sourcing niche talent; fluent with CRM, talent pools, and market insights.
