**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and techniques using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing, social recruiting, referrals, and other relevant passive recruitment methods.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the skills and background required for each opportunity, providing expert advice and coaching throughout the recruitment process.
- In partnership with the HR Generalist and Business Partner teams prepare attractive hiring packages, negotiate salaries, and communicate with selected applicants to offer employment.
- Participate in special projects and recruiting initiatives.
- Track record of success filling roles at all levels
- Develop and execute passive and active sourcing strategies for multiple, concurrent searches including the use of LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, campus recruitment efforts, etc.
