Our client is an international product company with talents from 16+ nationalities now expanding our TA team to scale global hiring across tech & product markets. They're looking for a Talent Acquisition with strong headhunting DNA and a hunter mindset to help us grow faster and smarter.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end hiring process for tech and product roles across multiple markets
• Partner directly with hiring managers and stakeholders to build pipeline strategy
• Source, screen, and close top-tier candidates in a high-paced environment
• Utilize headhunting techniques and direct outreach to access passive talent
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
• Track KPIs, recruitment funnels, and maintain high closure rates
