Position: Talent Acquisition Partner

Classification: Full-Time, Immediate Hire, Hybrid Position

AutoCanada is looking for a Fixed Operations recruiter to work directly with our VP of Fixed Operations. This role specializes in recruiting technicians, advisors, managers, and parts staff, and will partner directly with dealerships to build strong teams in competitive markets.

This is not a traditional corporate recruiting role. Success in this position comes from building credibility quickly, understanding dealership operations, speaking the language of Fixed Ops, and operating with urgency alongside Service and Parts leaders.

Your Day-to-day

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across Fixed Operations roles throughout Western Canada
• Partner directly with dealership leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce challenges
• Build proactive pipelines for high-demand automotive talent
