Talent Acquisition Partner (Data Centre), EMEA - 12 Month Fixed term Contract (Palas de Rey)

Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic and highly collaborative Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Integral Talent Acquisition team, dedicated exclusively to our fast‑growing Data Centre business unit. In this role you will lead proactive sourcing, market mapping, and full‑lifecycle recruitment across a highly technical and specialised portfolio, including Operations, Construction & Design, Energy & Sustainability, and dedicated Corporate Functions. You will report directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, EMEA, acting as a critical talent advisor to Data Centre leadership and HR Business Partners as we scale our infrastructure to meet surging global demand. This position is initially a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.
