Job Summary

LOCATION: Mexico City - office based

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our LA Regional HR Team. In this role, you will be responsible for high-volume administrative and operational recruitment at the 2 of the 4 main Eastman sites in Latin America, including Mexico City Office and the Santo Toribio Plant. Collaborating closely with the local HR partners and hiring managers, you will facilitate a smooth and efficient recruiting process, while supporting the full requisition lifecycle for high-volume roles. Your role will be pivotal in attracting and hiring external talent to support Eastman's corporate growth journey.
