The opportunity

A temporary vacancy for a Talent Acquisition Partner has arisen within Airbus Operations in Getafe, Spain.

The successful applicant will join the Talent Acquisition team, an international organization dedicated to defining and implementing the Strategy of Employment Policies for Airbus and to deploy the recruitment process for the jobs arising in Airbus companies.

Mission

Your main mission will be:

• Lead the selection process of Airbus Commercial external positions applying a proactive sourcing approach.
• Lead early career programs (interns) within Airbus Commercial.
• Collaborate with Internal Mobility network.
• Participate and lead Local & Transversal Projects dedicated to improvement and innovation in Talent Acquisition, taking the lead when necessary.
