Talent Acquisition Manager APAC

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead end-to-end talent acquisition delivery for APAC regional hiring needs. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders, operating in a bilingual (English and Chinese) environment to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes, strengthen employer branding, and continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from intake and sourcing to interview coordination, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to clarify hiring plans, define role requirements, and build recruiting strategies and timelines.
• Develop and maintain pipelines for critical roles; proactively source and engage talent through direct search and talent communities.
