Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Delivery & Team Leadership
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across Southeast Asia, ensuring delivery of critical, technical, sales, field, corporate and leadership hiring requirements.
  • Manage multiple requisitions and hiring priorities across countries while providing regular updates and hiring recommendations to key stakeholders.
  • Lead, coach and develop the Southeast Asia TA team, including direct reports and recruiters, ensuring effective workload allocation and accountability.
  • Drive recruiter performance through hiring reviews, sourcing strategies and continuous capability development.
  • Ensure timely intake discussions, interview coordination, offer management, candidate dispositioning and requisition closure are managed effectively by the team.
  • Monitor hiring progress and proactively address recruitment risks, bottlenecks and aging requisitions.
