Talent Acquisition Lead, SEA and ANZ

The Talent Acquisition Lead, Southeast Asia & Australia/New Zealand (SEA & ANZ) is responsible for leading end-to-end talent acquisition activities across designated markets and business functions within the region. This role serves as a strategic Talent Advisor to business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and regional stakeholders, ensuring the attraction, assessment, and hiring of high-caliber talent to support Solventum's growth strategy.

The successful candidate will combine strong recruiting execution with market intelligence, talent consulting, workforce planning support, direct sourcing capability, and stakeholder influence to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes and candidate experiences. The role will also contribute to regional Talent Acquisition initiatives, process improvement, diversity hiring efforts, employer branding activities, and capability-building programs.
