What are we looking for?

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar
• High level of English and Spanish; a third language is highly valued (French, German, Italian, etc.)
• Strong interest in recruitment, talent and business
• Analytical profile with good communication skills
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a demanding environment

What will you do?

• Support international recruitment processes
• Identify and assess candidates
