Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding

  • Partner with hiring managers on recruitment strategies and salary benchmarking

  • Build talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking

  • Support employee onboarding, engagement, and HR‑related matters

  • Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, and MOM compliance

  • Maintain HR records and support day-to-day HR operations

Requirements
  • 2–3 years of Talent Acquisition or HR experience

  • Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and Work Pass processes

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Resourceful, organised, and passionate about building great teams
