About Job:

1. End-to-End Recruitment

•Lead the full recruitment lifecycle for mid-to-senior-level positions, from workforce planning to offer negotiation.• Conduct detailed role intake meetings to understand hiring needs, success profiles, and team culture.• Manage job postings, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and coordinate interview panels.• Provide data-driven hiring recommendations to hiring managers.

2. Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipelining

• Develop advanced sourcing execution solutions including direct search, networking, and market mapping.• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical or hard-to-fill roles.• Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, talent communities, and employee referrals.

3. Hiring Manager Partnership
