We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our dynamic Human Resources team. This position will be responsible for the administration and operational support of various programs in support of talent acquisition across the business.
As a Recruiting Coordinator you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day recruitment administration efforts. The Recruiting Coordinator will report to the TA Operations manager/lead.
Job Duties
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring alignment between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and interview panels
• Manage complex scheduling logistics including panel, executive, and/or high-volume interview calendars
