Qualifications

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development or Industrial
• A minimum of 2 years experience in Sourcing and Hiring
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a lead or senior capacity
• Strong experience in competency-based interviewing and stakeholder management
• Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• With experience in hiring engineering and technical roles preferred
